Does the other side need an account?
No. They open a link and see the same record you do — they can approve, request changes, ask a question, or disagree right there. Nothing to install, nothing to pay, no sign-up.
What does the other side receive?
A short email from Pactlet, sent in your name, with a link to the shared record. Everything they need to respond is on that one page — and it's always free for them.
What does it cost?
Your first 3 Pactlets are always free. After that the price is €3.99 per Pactlet — but sending is free during early access, so there's nothing to pay yet, and nothing you send now is billed later. Drafts are free, and it's always free for the other side.
Is this a contract?
No — and that's deliberate. Pactlet is a record, not a contract: a plain, shared statement of what you both agreed, held the same for both sides. Most informal deals never get a contract — they still deserve a record.
What if we disagree?
Both versions are recorded side by side and the record can close "unresolved." Pactlet never decides who's right.
